Quality Assurance
We have implemented an efficient Quality Management System (QMS) and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The certification is a confirmation that we are rooting to guidelines in bringing quality and efficiency to our services for an improved client satisfaction.
Every project at Infolks is first handled by a proficient sample team. It's based on this the quality benchmark for each project is defined. The sample work also enables us to get a first-hand experience and a complete view of the project along with its difficulties and troubles. For certain important projects our higher officials and manager also perform normal annotations randomly.
For any project client can decide the quality benchmarks. During both sample and real time projects we assure to keep our work quality above these benchmarks (if required quality is 95%, we advise our team to maintain 97% quality). At any time clients can check the labelled data and ensure that their required quality percentile is maintained. In case if the percentile goes down we are ready to re-work on it without any additional charges until the expected quality percentile is restored.
Every data labeled at Infolks will be reviewed by an experienced group of approvers and team lead/project coordinator. For every project our team follows a ratio of 1:2:5:25. The team will consist of 1 project coordinator, 2 sub-coordinators, 5 approvers, and 25 annotators. Whole team is made to sit together in a mixed manner so that approvers and team leads can check every individual's work in real time and assist them in doubt clearances. Both review and doubt clearance help us produce high quality output.
Our salary and promotion systems are dependent on work quality and other performance traits. So employees try to produce the best quality output in order to get quick promotions and achieve better pay scales.
At Infolks, we celebrate the first day of every month as “Quality Day” to motivate and aware folks about the importance of quality. On this day we honour our best performers from the preceding month.
